You set the cancellation window per club, and membership plans can extend it. Refunds go back to the player or become club credit — credit is used oldest-first and expires after 24 months, with a reminder beforehand.
No. Booking, cost splitting, open matches, events, chat and memberships can each be switched on and off separately. Start with bookings and add the rest when you need it.
Yes. Your logo and club name carry through the booking app, and players reach you on your own link — for your website, social media and QR codes. They see your club, not us.
